Behind the busy schedule of the North America Dharma Teacher Workshop, in addition to the volunteers and Venerables from IBPS NY, there were three young adult of BLIA from Taiwan. Their hard work and smiles earned praises from all.

Volunteering in the kitchen for the first time, Pei-Chi Chiang and Yung-Hsin Hsu were excited not only about preparing and cleaning the food, but also about being able to practically cook under the supervision of the Venerables of IBPS NY.

Yu-Ting Chiu started her summer with a charity trip to Myanmar and a BLIA Youth conference in Hsi Lai Temple in Los Angeles. she joined the volunteers of the North America Dharma Teacher Workshop when the opportunity arose. Though she had volunteered in FGS in Kaohsiung and had worked in the kitchen before, this was the first time she stirred the wok with spatula.

From kitchen to dining hall, the three of them worked as a team seamlessly and orderly. This is another great example of the development of BLIA Youth through real life activities
